Aaron had shown me his resume a week or so earlier. I remember vividly telling him with satisfaction that his resume was "all Aaron". No fluff. We had talked about how to address the questions that his attendance at Mount Bachelor Academy would surely raise. He was content with something along the lines of: I made some bad choices at 16. My parents intervened and sent me to a boarding school in Oregon. I never complained. I did my work. Got my life in order. Graduated and here I am. You will never have the opportunity to hire an 18 year old as experienced in emotional growth as me. I can start tomorrow. Will that be good?
Aaron didn't get the job that would have opened a different door to the future. But he tried.

Wow! This is the most "down to earth" resume I've ever read...GO AARON! I suspect with all my heart, given the chance that Aaron so deserved, he would have landed his "dream job" and his employer would have been quite impressed with the "fine young man" that Aaron had grown to be.
I trust now, that the higer powers that be, has given Aaron the opportunity to use his experience and emotional growth, and he has obtained the best job possible, in looking over all of us, that still need some guidance in making sense of all of this. I trust he is with his cousin Kris and his new buddy Josh. I trust that they all had exceptional resumes and that is why they were the "chosen" ones.
Aaron, you may have had some bumps along the way, but you definitely learned from your experiences and were WISE BEYOND YOUR YEARS! What a fine young man you became...
